What South Indian food can I get?
- Dosa: masala, Mysore masala, ghee podi, cheese, paneer and more. Every dosa comes with coconut chutney, tomato chutney and 8oz of sambar. See the dosa menu.
- Idli and medhu vada: soft steamed rice cakes and crispy lentil fritters, classic with sambar.
- Uttapam: a thick, soft South Indian pancake with toppings cooked in.
New to South Indian food? Start with a masala dosa. It comes with everything you need to dip and soak.
What vegetarian North Indian food can I get?
We also make North Indian favorites: the Punjabi thali, chole bhature, dal makhani, paneer tikka masala, samosas and a full menu of chaat like pani puri, dahi puri and samosa chaat. Wash it down with a mango lassi or masala chai.
What should I order on my first visit?
A masala dosa is the classic first order: a big, crispy crepe with spiced potato inside, served with sambar and two chutneys. If you're with a friend, add a plate of idli or medhu vada and an order of pani puri to share, and finish with a mango lassi. If you'd rather have curry and bread, go for the Punjabi thali or chole bhature.
Is everything vegetarian?
Yes. Ananda Kitchen's menu is vegetarian and cooked in a separate, dedicated vegetarian kitchen. We have vegan options every day (tell the counter when you order) and a full Swaminarayan-friendly section.
Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Order online and pick up at the Ananda Kitchen counter inside BITES Food Court + Bar. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes, so you can order before you leave home. Online orders are pickup only. You can also walk up to the counter and eat in the food hall.
